The certified laboratory of “DanCoDecor” Company provides the incoming inspection of the glass products quality. The specialists of the processing department carefully test the goods and raw materials that they buy. During the execution phase the quality of products is controlled after each technological operation. The final stage of control is realized during the packaging of ready-made products and, at the same time, the quality and strengthen of packaging is also controlled.

Technologies

Automatic equipment of the leading European producers allows printing on the bottles with cylindrical, oval and flat surfaces and it allows firing, matting and painting of glass surface with a speed of several thousands products per hour. Our enterprise also has a full complex of equipment for realization of all prepress preparation.

We use the following technologies of decoration:

•Chemical matting (hot-pressing);

•Full or partial one-color and multicolored painting of the surface with electrostatic method (coating) and with the method of airstream atomization;

•Multicolored (up to 8 colors at the same time!) silk-screen printing with ceramic paints, including the paints consisting precious metals;

•Hard firing of ceramic paints;

•Multicolored silk-screen printing with UF-hardening paints.

As the result, the décor become even, raised, multicolored and highly resistant to mechanical and chemical effects.
