Decoration of glassware

anCo Décor Company is a founder of glassware decoration in Ukraine. Today the company offers the widest range of services for decoration of glass bottles and glassware in the country. We use the following technologies of decoration:

-chemical frosting (satining);

 - multicolored (up to 8 colors at a time!) silk-screen printing with ceramic paints, including the paints with precious metals with subsequent high-temperature firing;

-painting (coating) - complete or partial, one-colored and multicolored painting of the surface with the methods electrostatic spraying and airstream atomization;

- multicolored silk-screen printing with UV-curable inks;

- hot foil stamping (hot stamping);

- pad printing.

   Being absolutely sure in the quality of our work, we offer every customer to adopt a standard sample which can be compared with any of the decorated bottles from the lot that he receives, regardless of whether this lot is measured by tens of thousands or millions of bottles.

   Certified laboratory of “DanCo Décor” provides input quality control of glass bottles as well as materials and raw materials for subsequent decoration. We purchase the best materials from the leading European manufacturers. Quality control is carried out after each technological operation. Final checking stage is carried out during the process of finished products packaging. Herein both decoration quality and packaging hardness are inspected.
