Erection of Glasscoat coatingequipment from England was completed in summer 2009, which allows to perform full, partial or fading electrostatic coating of glassware as well as using the method of pneumatic spraying. These techniques combine a unique set of beneficial features related with durability, quality and exact match with the selected artistic solution.
Coating types:
Full coating- matt or gloss, solid or tinted glass surface from noble tints of silver, gold and platinum to bright, rich, saturated colours. Fluorencent paints, which have the peculiarity of glowing in UV light, can also be used. Moreover, there are thermochromic colours, use of which dramatically changes the colour when the temperature drops below +10ºC;
Partial coating – gradual transition from one colour into another. The number of colours and the hight of coating are not limited. When only the bottom part of a bottle is coated it gives the colour effect to the beverage.
Frosting – allows to substitute the technique of chemical frosting;
Textured coating – achieves the effect of matt or gloss ceramic surface.
