About the company

The company was founded in 2004. In those days the only way to distinguish one Ukrainian product in glass packaging from another was a traditional paper label. Right before the New Year's holidays, we proposed the idea of ​​decorating bottles for a new vodka launched by one of the leading alcohol companies in Ukraine. The customer agreed to purchase a small batch of decorated bottles to assess the market response to the new product. This decision has become crucial for the alcohol company but, first of all, for us. The new vodka, bottled into glass packaging with the unique catchy design, decorated with bright color and gold-containing inks, has become a real sensation in the market, keeping leadership in its segment for many years! And DANCO DECOR company with good reason acquired the status of "pioneer" in Ukrainian bottles decoration.

Due to the growing popularity of the decorated glasware, we are rapidly upgrading the stock of the equipment manufactured by leading European companies such as KAMMANN and FERMAC (silk-screen printing), ANTONINI (high-temperature firing), SAPI (chemical frosting)...

Along with two existing lines, a new carousel-type chemical frosting line has been put into operation, as well as a modern system for industrial waste treatment, developed in cooperation with partners from Italy. Subsequently, similar treatment systems were installed at many enterprises in Europe and Asia.

The  painting line produced by GlassCoat (UK) has been installed at the factory. The machine is equipped with two booths for electrostatic and pneumatic spraying of paints. 

A new production workshop for silk-screen printing has been constructed and put into operation. The assembling of the third tunnel lehr ANTONINI has been completed.

For the first time in Ukraine! The DANCO DECOR company has used UV-curable inks  for silk-screen printing on glassware that do not contain solvents, heavy metals and toxic substances.

For the first time in Europe! An innovative decorated packaging made of glass was designed and manufactured. Bottles that turned from milky white into bright blue at the optimal temperature for drinking beverages, received many positive feedbacks and won several prestigious awards for revolutionary design.

The modern equipment of the German MSK company has been installed in the company for packing of decorated bottles on pallets.

For the first time in Ukraine! The first batch of glass bottles with mirror-like coating was decorated using the method of vacuum metallization.

New production facilities were put into operation: the second automatic painting line with the advanced electrostatic spraying system “turbo-disk” and one more machine for vacuum metallization.

We have expanded our production lines with the new fully automatic high-speed hot-stamping machine of last generation.
